Hotel Reservations
In keeping with our Downtown Las Vegas theme we have made arraignments with the El Cortez Hotel and Casino to serve as our Reunion Headquarters. Below you will find everything you need to know to reserve your room. The rates below are for the newest and nicest rooms available. The rooms were completely remolded last year and are genuinely nice. These rooms are non-smoking, however, if you would like a smoking room just ask the reservation agent when you to make your plans. RATES
Weekdays / Sunday thru Thursday / $ 36.00 Per Night
Weekends / Friday and Saturday / $112.00 Per Night
Weekdays / Sunday thru Thursday / $ 33.00 Per Night
Weekends / Friday and Saturday / $108.00 Per Night
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All rooms are subject to a Clark County room tax of 13% and a daily amenities fee of $19.95
DETAILS
Deposits:
A minimum deposit of 1 Nights Stay will be due when you make your reservation.
A credit card is required at time of check-in. No Cash Deposits Will Be Accepted.
Cancellations:
Deposits are fully refundable if room is cancelled at least TWO WEEKS prior to arrival. ONE NIGHT'S room and tax will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
Final Room Payment
The final payment will be due upon arrival.
Misc. Details
No Saturday One Night Arrivals. Saturday arrivals must be combined with either Friday or Sunday night stays.
All rates are for double occupancy. A charge of $11.30 will be added for each extra person.
Early or late departures will also receive the group rates. (We recommend taking advantage of these great weekday rates if you are going to be in town for a few extra days!)
Deadline for making your reservations is Sunday September 19, 2021

Call the El Cortez at 800-634-6703 or 702-385-5200 and ask for Room Reservations
Give the reservation clerk our Group Name "Bishop Gorman High School Class of 1970"
If they have any questions tell them or Group Code is "BGH1021"
